Extra & Co Curricular Activities

Scout & Guide

   Scout & Guide troop is available in the school. Our scouts participate at state and national level camps and every time they bring laurels to the school.

N.C.C. & N.S.S.

   It is worth mentioning that our 5 N.C.C. (National Cadets Corps.) Cadets got Sahara Scholarship of Rs.5000/- each. We feel proud that within such a short span of introducing N.C.C. in our school we have reached great heights. We have introduced N.C.C. for both Boys and Girls. Students have the choice of Army or Air Force wing of the N.C.C. By introducing N.C.C. in the school, we want our students to have an insight of Indian Defense Service, which would inspire them to serve the nation. We also have N.S.S. units for Boys and Girls in our school.

School Band

   The school has added a feather to its cap by having a Bag Piper Brass Band of its own . The students of all the classes are given training after which they participate in various religious and other cultural functions that are held in the region. After morning assembly all classes have circle of the ground at the tune of the band.

Co-Curricular Activities

The students of our school are divided into five houses and they participate in Inter- house competitions which aim at developing self- confidence amongst students. Debates, Declamations, G.K. Quiz, Poem-recitation competition, Shabad Gayan, Vaar Gayan,Turban- tying competition are integral part of our co-curricular activities. The students are taught music right from class III. They learn to recite Shabads and songs ect. And participate in cultural and religious programmes that are held in the region.

Moral Education

We teach Moral Education to our children which helps in building their character. Religious Education is taught from Pre- nursery onward and our students participate in many exams conducted by GURU ARJAN DEV SEWA MISSION & GURU GOBIND SINGH STUDY CIRCLE and get highest percentage. Sikh History and the teachings of GURU are taught in the religious education period. Which form a great impact on children.
